This endpoint will request a fresh bank history for a given bank history bank. The results will not be returned immediately. Instead, the bank history object will be returned with a status indicating that the request is in progress. When the bank history request is complete, a webhook event will be sent indicating that the bank history is "ready" again as well as an indication of whether or not there were new bank history records since the last request.
When a bank history's lastRequestProgress field is in a "ready" state, you can use this endpoint to request a fresh history of the bank. If the lastRequestProgress field is in a "processing" state, this endpoint will have no effect. If the lastRequestProgress is in a "reconnect" state, this endpoint will fail and you will need to reconnect the bank account by going through the bank history enrollment checkout flow.
