Retrieve a bank

This endpoint can be used to retrieve details related to a Bank History bank. By default, the endpoint does not return a bank's "accountNumber". The account number can be surfaced in the response, however, using the "desanitize" query parameter set to "true". This can be useful if you need to use the details of the bank history bank to create a merchant Bank (using the Bank endpoint) or payer bank (using the Payer bank endpoint).
